Information for Hospitals, Manufacturers and Distributors

We are an external service provider that performs many biomedical engineering and related functions, such as full technical service and support, field service contract engineering, customer service, administration, sales, demonstrations, education and training, etc. The advantages to manufacturers, distributors, importers, hospitals and medical practices, etc., of working with us are to be found in our fully flexible service provider offering. As a contract partner we supply highly qualified personnel (as per Section 6, Para. 4 of the German Medical Devices User Regulations [MPBetreibV] and the Medical Devices Act [MPG]) and state-of-the-art technical expertise. We can offer a full technical service and also provide backup during staff shortages, for example, or key projects such as installing and taking equipment into operation or training customers. Our contract partners need fewer cost-intensive staff (a particular advantage when business is slow), yet can always be sure of having trained and qualified personnel at their disposal. We already have a quality management system to DIN EN ISO 13485:2007 in place.

Prices, services and other terms and conditions are formulated at information and preparatory meetings and tailored to devices and systems, types, requirements and locations. To get the best possible use out of engineers and staff and thus achieve value for money for our contract partners, we offer our range of services to manufacturers, distributors, service providers and hospitals with a view to performing maintenance and repair work, safety inspections, other clinical services, administrative functions and distribution tasks on their behalf.

The principal service offered under a contract partnership with clinics and hospitals is medical equipment management, either for the entire inventory or for parts of it. Here we perform all the procedures called for by the Medical Devices Act and the Medical Devices User Regulations. The staff is trained to the requirements of Section 6, Para. 4 of the Medical Devices User Regulations and have a wealth of experience, allowing us to evaluate device malfunctions and any other necessary work in a targeted and professional way, instigate the relevant action and, if applicable, carry out repairs. The main benefits are more cost-effective overall conditions for equipment manufacturers and suppliers and enhanced availability and flexibility of qualified personnel for setting up and installing a large number of medical devices, for example, or performing and supervising safety inspections and maintenance services.

So perhaps the time has come for you to consider an external service provider. More and more firms in and around the biomedical engineering sector are turning to us as a modern, leading edge company. It would therefore give us great pleasure to have the opportunity to introduce ourselves and our services to you and your company, either through the usual channels or in person.
